Effective communication can able to respond promptly, accurately and confidently during an emergency. Crisis communication can help you deal effectively with those emergencies or other unusual events that may cause unfavorable publicity for your business. An important component of the business preparedness program is the Crisis communications. Given its important role, it can be part of effective business continuity. In order to be consistent, only use a person to communicate, but of course, have a backup person ready just in case. This person is as suited and well-trained as the normal spokesperson at least someone from their team who’s watched them work and know how they operate.
